Red Footed Boobies
Okey Dokey - try thinking you have a clue… try thinking you know stuff!!! Then hang around a 7 year old!!!!!!!! Since he got here, my 7 year old nephew, who as I said before, lives in Grand Cayman, has been educating me to the point that I must admit - I feel DUNCE!!!
First it was the “filter-feeding” Do you know what that is? Because I sure didn’t! And
I hesitate to explain, because I want to know if I’m the only idiot, or if others are equally clueless!!!
Well, in addition, I think that there is actually a bird called a “Red Footed Boobie” - it is actually the national bird of Cayman Brac!!! What does a red footed boobie look like? Well - being the official technophobe, I can’t upload a pic - so go google it!!! But for Grand Cayman and Little Cayman, the national bird is the Cayman Parrot.
I also learned what an avatar is… and so much more!!! Oh Lord, I feel so - OUT OF IT!!!

Seven dearest, for more info on the Avatar and some themes from MBJr’s world, watch Nickelodeon and other cartoon or kiddies’ channels. The Avatar is a really interesting cartoon though. You should watch it.
Have you called Mom? She has finally gotten light again, thank God. There is a serious need to get both her and Madlizzie those Bell and Howell Sonic Earz. Can you imagine, our neighbours across the open land lost their roof. I didn’t think that anyone in the area had suffered that badly although there was a lot of damage to trees and plants and we can see a lot of things and houses that we didn’t even know were there.
The wait at the airport was extremely long as the system was down. Luckily there were large standing fans which helped if they were temporarily aimed at you. After an hour and a half to two hour wait, standing my knees were about to fold so I got a wheelchair and became more familiar with the upgraded concourse leading to the planes. I was surprised to find that I was the first on board and had first choice of seats as it was free seating.
Miguel took off the morning from work to come the airport to pick me up. It was good to be back.
Never seen the red-footed Booby myself but I see the Cayman Parrots daily. Beautiful things! They are mostly green but they have blue feathers on the top of their wings and as they fly you get flashes of it. They are quite nice, actually, but noisy nuh hell.
You didn’t know about filter feeding and red footed boobies??? Oh dear……
@Annie
